Complaint Review: Everyday Lanyards and Wristbands

Everyday Lanyards and Wristbands Took full payment up-front but never sent us the product. Promised refund but never gave us one. Houston Texas

Our company ordered custom lanyards from Everyday Lanyards, they also do business as Everyday Wristbands, for a huge and very important tradeshow that we were attending. At first they were very easy to get a hold of, always answered the phone and replied quickly to emails. They assured us we would have them in time for the show. When they did not arrive, we called them and they assured us they had sent them and said that FedEx must have lost them. We asked for the tracking number and they said they didn't have one. We ship a lot with Fedex and knew that wasn't true, if they had shipped, they would have a tracking number. We asked that they contact Fedex and get us the tracking number. They said they would try. They also said since they were lost, they could either send us more or refund our money.

At this point it was too late to have more made so I told them I wanted a refund. They said okay but never refunded us anything. At this point the started avoiding us, they would not answer our phone calls or reply to emails. We filed a complaint with the Texas BBB. The BBB tried contacting them but Everyday Lanyards and Wristbands ignored them as well and refused to respond. We have done everything to try and contact them but are going to have to give up and file a claim in small claims court. We are filing this ripp-off report so that no one else has to deal with this company! We our out our money, we had nothing to hand out at the tradeshow and now have the inconvience of having to go to court.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
