Complaint Review: Everyprice.com

As of July 2007, Everyprice.com is still displaying misleading and bogus information regarding the retailers supposedly reviewed and ranked on the everyprice website. Specifically, TheDigitalNerds.com is still showed as a "featured" retailer with a five star rating, in spite of the voluminous negative reviews that are shown on the everyprice website, and in spite of the overall UNSATISFACTORY rating placed on TheDigitalNerds by the Better Business Bureau.

(Specific note: DigitalNerds.com is a different company from TheDigitalNerds.com. As far as I know, DigitalNerds.com is a reputable retailer, my bad experience is with the OTHER nerds at TheDigitalNerds.com.)

I attempted to post a negative review about TheDigitalNerds on the Everyprice.com website, but it never appeared. It is obvious to me that the two are cooperating to mislead and scam individuals, and as far as I know the two companies (TheDigitalNerds and Everyprice) may be operated by the same exact individuals.

Unfortunately, 1) the everyprice website offers total anonymity to the owners of the website, 2) the Better Business Bureau can only warn people of the unscrupulous actions of these individuals and has no authority to bring criminal charges, and 3) TheDigitalNerds actually operates under a large number of aliases with different street addresses and phone numbers in order to hide it's true geographic location, effectively preventing action taken against them as well.
