Complaint Review: EVERYTHING CELICA - EVERYTHINGCELICA.COM

I ordered some clear marker lights for my 2001 Toyota Celica a couple years ago. They had a picture of them and everything on the website. They were rare marker lights.

When they arrived they were the euro marker lights... a lot different of a style. They were not what I wanted & I spent about $40 w/ shipping.

I tried to call and email numerous times and got nothing in return. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. Isaac responded and the note mentioned that if I send them back that I would be re-imbursed. It was one of those companies where you must respond w/in so many days if the item is incorrect and they will switch out.

Well, I sent those lights back in... and now 2 years later still have not received anything. No letters, no emails, no money. I did contact the batter business bureau again months after waiting... and just got an empty statement from them.

I have noticed that the website has been closed... this is a good thing. Right after I contacted the better business bureau about him displaying the wrong lenses in the photo than what he sent, he then changed the photo. I left negative feedback on his site a few times... and it got taken everytime.
