Complaint Review: Everything Cellular

On April 27th 2013 I went into Everything Cell to purchase a Blue Toothe for my Verizon LG Revolution. I was shown a product called Bolt Blue Toothe. I figured this was a vender at the  Westfield Mall in West Covina and they had to be reputable company that were in business to sell quality products.

After I got home I charged the Blue Toothe Bolt for about three hour and showing a blue light which meant it was fully charge by the instructions I had read. However, after I tried to connect the blue toothe to my LG phone I was not having any luck. In fact, I went back to the mall to a Verizon Store and they also had no luck connecting my Blue Toothe Bolt that I had hours earlier purchased from Everything Cell at the West Fields Mall in West Covina. Verizon Representative suggested I return the blue toothe since it was defective and not connecting with my phone. Therefore, I went back to Everything Cell and they too could not get the Blue Toothe Bolt to connect to my   LG Phone. As a result, I was fustrated and just asked for them to refund my money so I could go to Best Buy and purchase a Blue Toothe that would work. The store salesperson at Everything Cell refuse to refund my money but suggested that I get store credit. I did not see anything in Everything Cell that I wanted. The inventory ther is full face covers for cell phones and a bunch of junk as far as I am concerned. 

I was blaming myself for ever going into this store (Everthing Cell) but still felt I shoudl at least try to get my money back. I filed a complaint with West Fields Mall in West Covina and they offered a security guard to accompany me to see if he could help resolve the situation. The store salesperson offered another blue toothe from another manufacturer and the result was the same. This blue toothe also could not connect to my LG Revolution phone. Again, Evething Cell refused to refund my money and are offering to settle with a store credit. This store has nothing I would want to spend $28.33 worth of junk. All I wanted was a Blue Toothe that works. 

Since my experience with Everthing Cell and no longer will buy anything Chinese. I will go straight to Best Buy or other repretable store that offers a refund. In fact, I purchase a blue toothe from Best Buy and it works fine with my LG Revolution phone. 

Take it from my bad experience and don't bother ever walking into "Everyting Cell" in West Field Mall in West Covina. You would be doing yourself a favor. 

I am stll trying to get my money back by filing a complaint to the Attorney General but I am probably wasting my time. The money I spent is not going to break the bank. I just don't want others to get burned the way I did by buying cheap, conterfeit, inferior products that are made in China. Be smart and take my advice. Don't shop at "Everthing Cell" in West Fields Mall in West Covina!
