Everything Neon Purchased A Sign. It arrived broken. WEEKS LATER...no resolution... Internet

When I received my sign it was broken. STILL WAITING...and they are telling me they will send me parts and they want ME to fix the sign. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They hung up on me. I asked for my money back and they refused. I am trying to get the charges reversed through my bank. I bought a sign from a different company because I cannot wait forever. I am in business..and have NO sign thanks to everything neon! AVOID THIS JERK ARROGANT COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO TAKE CARE OF YOU. They have my money...and what do I have? A broken sign. AVOID THESE JERKS AT ALL COSTS. They talk VERY NICE when they want your money...but after you purchase an item--if there is a problem....GOOD LUCK GETTING TAKEN CARE OF IN AN HONEST, EFFICIENT, and respectable manner that would show any concern for the customer. NOT FROM THESE PEOPLE.  I have searched the internet and found several other people that have been done the same way. Had I researched them first...I would not have a problem because I would have avoided this company. My suggestion is: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. AVOID THEM...and find an honest reputable company. This company rates a 1 on a scale of 1-10.
