Everything Virgin Hair Boutique Product Never Sent, Refund Never Issued Internet

I want to start by saying this review has nothing to do with the hair from this company. I never received the hair from them so I cannot comment on the hair's quality. This review is based purely on their failure to deliver the product to me, failure to issue me a refund and lack of customer service. 

 
I purchased my hair on March 28th and received an email saying that my order was being shipped out the following day. By April 1st I still had not received a tracking number for the hair so I decided to reach out. I called and no one answered so I decided to send a text. (The company's other method of communication). Eight minutes later I received this response, "Hello, we updated our billing services and all orders placed this week will be shipped out next week. So you should receive your package by next Friday/ Saturday. But you will definitely get a tracking number because your order has to be scanned before the delivery services come pick it up." 
 
April 7th came along and still no tracking number so I sent another text message. No one answered for a few hours so I texted again. I was then told that all orders placed the previous week were on their way back from the wefter and that I would be getting a tracking number around noon that day. If I didn't, it means that my order is coming in the next batch they're waiting on. I then received another text, almost immediately telling me that they checked with the wefter and he/she told them that my order should be shipped out Monday. 
 
By April 14th I still had not received my order and I was pretty angry. I texted EVHB and was told they would be calling me because of issues with the postal service. After playing phone tag a few times, I finally had EVHB on the phone! And this was were it got weird... The woman I spoke with gave me a long speech about how the road their shop is on is currently closed for construction. As a result, she said that the delivery truck would just drive past the road because they couldn't drive down it. She then told me that one of the delivery guys parked his car and just walked his packages to the proper building but the other guys won't. The other delivery men just drive away without dropping off the packages. She then started speaking really fast and said, "I totally get how you're feeling because I'm waiting on a personal package too and I want it. I have clothes coming that I need to try on but they just won't bring the packages down here." Her theory was that the packages have been pushed to the back of the truck because with each passing day they sit on the truck just not being delivered. I did my best to bring the conversation back to the hair I ordered because that was the issue at hand.  She told me if I didn't get a tracking number by Tuesday to call back and she'd give me the refund.
 
Tuesday came and went without any refund. It wasn't until April 22nd that I received a mass email stating that all customers who placed orders between March 25th- March 31,2016 would be refunded in 3-4 business days.
 
By May 4th and I still had not gotten my refund. I'd emailed and texted but heard nothing back. Besides the fact that I'm out my hard earned cash, I'm also appalled by the terrible customer service. At this point, I just wanted my money back so I didn't have to deal with this company anymore. I'd waited around for over a month and gotten nothing in return but lies and my money stolen. 
 
Between May 4th and May 26th, I received two emails from this company claiming that I would have my refund by June 4th. These promises were lies. I never received my refund. The company ceased all communication with me after May 26th. 
 
Finally, by August 9th I was able to get my money back via filing a dispute with TD Bank. 
 
**To put things into perspective I was promised a refund on April 22nd, 2016 and I am just now getting my money back on August 9th, 2016. This refund is NOT coming from EVHB but instead from my bank.** 
 
I wrote this review as a warning to all who think about purchasing from this company. Please think twice. Your money is precious and you don't deserve to have it stolen by scam artists and thieves.
