I bought a queen size bed frame with posts and bedside table from everythingfurniture.com. At the first attempt, I put in the wrong email address (I found it later through this dispute) I did not received the confirmation email. I worried and called in after a few days. One of the representative told me that my order never went through and asked me to reorder. I did.
I made another order. After 3 week, I received two beds and two nightstands. Also the quality was very poor. The lumber was insect bitten and had a big hole. The fixtures never fit. Mattress sagged because there was only three very thin lumber to hold it. I called them that I need to return them. I simply could not use it.
They insisted the bed was a good quality one. So they charged me for 15% restocking fee plus round trip shipping fee for the Dec 3 order and charge the same for the first Nov 22 order that they said it did not go through.

Their Customer representatives were not professional. The attitude was unacceptable. One time, they said I should go to Home Depot to purchase the lumber to support their bed and they will pay $100 for it! I wanted to enjoy the quality bed, not DIY bed. I had to pay VISA card, which did not support me really, over $1200 for no products.
