Complaint Review: Evil Controllers

Evil Controllers I ordered a controller on the 19 of December, I just got it in the 5th of January and as I am taking it out of the box I was looking at the paint and noticed a visible chip in. And I know they inspect these before they ship them. Someone there just shipped it anyway. Templ Arizona Internet

This company lied on there website about ship dates and how long it would take to create my controller and then when I get it in the mail, I inspected the controller only to find a very visible chip in the paint! noone look over this? I mean what company ships something that took forever to make without it being perfect?

i have called and left 2 messages now and 5 emails still no response from anyone there. makes me think this is a fly by night company. And if i don't get a call back today I want a full refund. I am very disappointed. Carlos you told me that if you had contact info that they would get ahold of me. In both messages i left my cell number and order # but yet no response. Please fell free whenever you guys have availability or whenever you guys find it convenient call me(((redacted))).

i have sent 4 emails to the live chat line, which is conveniently never available. I have also today called and left a mrssage at the number you have listed here because again no one ever replys or tries to call back. Yea I would love to get this brand ew controller that I have only used for an hour fixed. So Carlos, what your saying is when I send it back I have to wait 3-8 days for you guys to process it again? Unfortunately there is not enough information in your listing to find you and your order. Please give us a call and provide us with your order number so we can make this right.

We would be happy to send you a return label and to get a replacement controller started, ASAP. Right now our processing times are 3 to 8 business days with custom graphics and names adding an additional 3 to 5 business days. Once the product ships, standard shipping takes roughly 3 to 5 business days while other shipping options can take 5 to 10 business days. 

Without looking up your order specifically I cannot comment on the time frame in which the controller should have arrived, but we would very much appreciate an opportunity to make this right.
