Complaint Review: Eviromental Product LLC 216 Anderson Ave Fairview NJ 07022

My husband has had many strokes. that has left him bed bound and talks with a slur you can barely understand what he is saying. They claim they made a good sell to him. This is a man that can not tell you what he had for breakfast and he could have just taken the last bite of it. I called them up on a Monday to let them know that there is not a sell because he is incapable of making one with them. They said they would call me back with some one to send me a return label. Friday they label has not come. So Monday I call back leaving a message for them to call me back. My husbands care giver also called them she spoke to some one that said it was mailed out Friday. I let a week go by. Still no return label. Have made several calls in the week after and no return calls back as of yet. I have had this product in its box now for 3 weeks as of today and still no call back or return label/Today is 4-21-2018.

I am not or will not pay for some trash that you flush down a toilet to supposedly help your septic tank. it is nothing but sand. RIDX is much better than this product could ever be. They just need to quit selling things to people elderly or vulnerable people. But then again that is their prime targets . These people should be ashamed of themselves. CROOKS and THIEVES is all they are. I will not spend any of my money on even sending it back cause the info in side says free return and money back guaranteed full cost with return of unused product.. I want a label so I can return this to them and they are not to bill my husband at all . I will continue to call them requesting a return label until I get some kind of satisfaction.
