Evo Canada evo payments International Signed my business up for a 411 service that they have zero paperwork or voice authorization for? Montreal, Quebec

We initially were going to use this company for credit card processing the salesman was alright as he had us fill out the application for the service but wrote on the contract on hold til customer makes decision to switch. The company put through the contract and sent us the machines, which made me angry as I did not authorize this .  The saleman was contacted and he was super he said don't worry I will pick the machines up and I will fix it, as they did not read on hold in capital letters on the contract.  Everything from there was fine, I had a new bookeeper come in and asked what these charges were from coming out of my bank account, I didn't know so I did some investigating to find out that they still had my information on file and the bank traced it back to these guys.  I told them there was some kind of mistake as I didn't have anything associated with them.  They did some investigating and realized this was true.  They in turn gave me back 15 of the 26 overpayments which I believe they owe me all of them back!  I explained I hadn't asked for any of their services and they should not even of had my account information for my banking to make these withdrawals. I was told they had received voice authorization for this 411 service to be setup. Now I know it wasn't me as I have cancelled all yellow page and those services as we do not need them!  I then asked who gave the voice authorization, they could not answer that?  I said well play the recorded call and we'll figure out who gave you the authorization, they couldn't as they said the calls have been purged and they are no longer affiliated with this other company?  So now I am left fearing even using banks as it is that easy for someone to just say we got a voice authorization and bang your in a contract? Canada is getting to be one big fraud system?? I want all my payments back!
