Evo payments international Taken funds from my bank account Melville New York
We contacted that about using them for our business credit processing. They sent us a terminal, however, no documentation was signed and the terminal was NEVER activated.
they have taken now over $1600 from our bank account and refuse to refund it. The servcie rep, Cathy Ferguson has been no help in this matter and is now ignoring us. There is email documentation saying our account was to be closed, yet it seems Ms. Ferguson never got around to closing the account. Yesterday I had two debits totalling $894. The previous months were less but the total is now over $1600.
We are a small business and cannot afford those types of fees, especially when have received NO service whatsoever from the shameless company.
it seems I must change my account numbers in order for the withdrawal to stop.
i am merely asking that our funds be returned

I really do not know who you are r if you are working with Evo. Rebuttal was given about how they received our bank numbers. We were told that in order to receive a terminal they needed to confirm our bank account.
No documents were sent to be signed. No fees were ever discussed with us All we want is our $1600 returned as no service was ever rendered.

If you didn't sign anything, just how did they get your Bank Account Information?
Either this company got very lucky and was able to pull a bunch of random numbers together to guess your account, or as a Small Business owner you make it a habbit of freely handing over your personal bank account information to anyone who asks.
