I purchased a 250cc Road Queen Scooter from this company on Feb. 28,2012. I received the scooter on March 5, 2012 late in the evening, after dark. I opened it the following afternoon ad the scooter itdelf was in really good condition. When openeing the accessory box and storage compartment I discovered that the storage box that goes on the back was broken in three different places, however, I do not believe this to be the fault of the carrrier as the box was in good condition and the storage box was well inside the outside container for the scooter and the battery was missing and the acit for it. I called and talked to Moises that very evening and he promised me that the storage box, battery, acid and the attaching bolts for the storage bow would be sent to me USPS the next morning which should have been Wednesday Am. He explained that sometimes the storage boxes have damage to them and they replace them. So far no storage box, no battery or acid, no bolts and no one to talk to.
I have called their number and tried all three departments literally all day long and I get the same recording for every department that the voice mailbox is full and can not accept any more calls. I have sent emails that they guarantee will be answered in 24 hours and only one reply from Moises that said he would check the warehouse. I also am trying to find out about the manufacturers certificate of origin which they say is mailed out the day after he scooter is shipped. You must have the MSO to get the scooter titled. They certainly received my money with no problem, why can't I get a response to my problems? They tell you to call or email and no one ever answers. Can anything be done about this?

There is a lemon law in Texas that will work to repurchase your scooter on your behalf. Either call the Texas registry of motor vehicles, or check out the website.
