I began using evolocity.com to market my chiropractic office in April 2010.  They assured me that I would generate many new patient leads.  I was given a new tracking phone number that would route calls to my office and track my progress.  I began giving out this number for patients to contact my office.  After 4 months (and 0 new patients) I decided to cancel.  I was then told that the number I was given would now route to there office and my existing patients would be referred to other offices.  Not only did evolocity.com do nothing to help my practice, they intentionally tried to hurt my business.  Do yourself a favor and avoid evolocity.com if you are looking to market on the internet.

I'm willing to wager you have been threatened by Evolocity's leagal department, and that if you could do it all over, you would stay away from Evolocity.

Hi Matt, I am considering using evolocity to market my chiro office in nc. I read your complaint and apology to evolocity and although a while ago, can you give me some current opinions or suggestions before moving forward. I greatly appreciate any advice you are willing to share.

AN OPEN LETTER OF APOLOGY AND RETRACTION OF STATEMENTS MADE BY MYSELF BOTH
ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2100 & TUESDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2010.

To all/any to whom this may concern. My name is "Matt" (as specified in my
initial filed complaint). I am writing this additional comment to clarify
the original complaint I made concerning EVOLOCITY, Inc. - a company I hired
to do internet marketing for my business.

After further consideration of documentation as provided by EVOLOCITY a full
3 months prior to filing my complaint - I realize that most, if not all, of
my listed complaints were based more on lack of awareness, anger,
frustration - or a combination thereof - rather than in factual truth.

As such, I would like to retract any/all claims as made by me against
EVOLOCITY, and simply say that they did in fact provide services that
resulted in many calls and/or leads to my business, and well over 100+ top
page ranked web-search results. It appears in retrospect that my initial
frustration was due more to a lack of tracking/attributing of results on my
side, and apologize for any confusion, or miscommunication caused by my
previous statements.

I was contact by evolocity.com on 12-14-10.  I expressed to them my concerns with my current patients being routed to their office.  Within 2 hours, all of the sites that had my name attached to their tracking number had been taken down.  This should greatly decrease the likelyhood of my patients calling their call center.  I am satisfied with the outcome in this case.
