While my account was frozen in underwriting, I was told I could still process transactions.  I processed several transactions, and one of my clients canceled and I issued a refund.  My account was still in underwriting and I did not receive any of the deposits yet, however, this company went ahead and processed the refund and withdrew $1,000 from my bank account even though I had never received the deposit.  When I called them after waiting 45 minutes for my turn, (45 mins is the average) they told me that is just how it works.  Later, when underwriting was done and I went thru the recorded voice conversation where they told me my funds would be released the next day, I was instead notified the next day that since my transactions exceeded my average all my funds would continue to be on hold for about a week while they validated my transactions.  This is all happening while they have my $1,000 refund and all the fees they charged me and withdrew from my bank account.  I have called multiple times asking to speak with a supervisor who is not available.  I then googled this bank and found president Rick Hart on Linkedin and sent him an email which promptly failed.  In the meantime I have opened a merchant account with paypal and will use them from now on.  Please use paypal or Chase for your merchant account needs.  Do not use this company or any of its competitors, I think they are all the same.  Do not use a 3rd party merchant account service provider.
