I copied our conversation

Grett: hello and Kindly provide me, your order id # and I will bring up your account
Linda : My order number is 162762 - thank you Grett
Grett: one moment Please
Grett: Thank you, and the order is processing and will ship soon
Grett: 1-3 business days to process order and 5-10 business days to receive once it has shipped
Grett: they will email you a link and tracking # soon
Linda : It has been 5 days since I got the email that the oder was processed.
Linda : that was order
Grett: I show you placed an order on 4-15-13 after hours and they received it the next Business day
Grett: 1-3 Business days to process order
Linda : So I would expect it to be mailed today...
Grett: I would say it should be soon and they will provide the tracking # with you local postal service website
Linda : Thank you. They did take the money out of my checking on Tuesday. If I do not receive my items by Tuesday do I refuse the package when it arrives.
Grett: I do not understand the statement aboove. You order and we are processing the order
Grett: Please keep a watch for your next email from our shipping dept
Linda : Then how long before I get my money back. There will also be a report to better business bureau. Tuesday, 04.16 was when the money was out of my account so I would think by 04.23 I would receive the items that I have ordered. I know that has been the time frame with other companies. Sometimes I have received the item in 3-4 days.

Then he just disconnected and left me.
 
So I emailed their complaint center.  When I asked where the tablets were, this was their response.




A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #538703 with the following response:

Dear Linda xxxxxxxxxx,

You soiund like a real piece of work lady and if it was my company I would cancel your order and refuse to offer you any service at all. if you have any firther inquiries contact the billing department. I will give directions at the bottom of this reply.

The standard (estimated) delivery time is 11 business days to US / Canada (2 weeks and a bit), 13 Business Days (2 and 1/2 weeks) to UK/EU/Australia. These times vary depending upon conditions with your national postal service.

We need 3 business days to process the order, and delivery takes 4-20 business days depending on your location.  (Estimated 5-8 Business days to the US/Canada, and 6-10 Business days to EU/UK/Australia).

Please note the delivery time is an estimate, as delivery is done by postal services (USPS, Canda post, Australia Post). 

You may track your parcel by going to respective postal service's web site, and type in your tracking number.  Your tracking number is available in your control panel (Login information to your control panel is included in the original order confirmation email you've received from us).



Please contact "Billing" through the "Contact Us" form on the website for any financial inquiries other than the status of an order. There is a firewall between Billing, concerning any financial information, and all other departments
