evrsoft ripoff CLAIM TO BE A LEGIT COMPANY, BUT ARE ACTUALLY GIVING VIRUSES!!Internet
I was looking around on the net for a html page builder & saw this site called evrsoft.com who has a program called firstpage 2000. It's packed full of features and claims to be free, yet when I downloaded it and began to install, norton antivirus popped up and said this:
norton antivirus has detected and removed a virus from your computer.
object name: c:/program files/evrsoft/1st page 2.../six buttons from hell.izs
virus name: js.trojan.windowbomb
action taken: the file was automatically deleted.
DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM!
Oh and of course, emails to them about it are ignored. If you are searching on the net for "free html page builder" they are the first to show up, so therefore A LOT of people go here and probably have or almost have gotten a virus from them.

Nice try. Anyways, i have proof of this virus showing up from evrfost's software. If anyone would like a clear screenshot pic of norton SHOWING me it was in my comp, then feel free to email me at info@welcome-om.net .
Also i am submitting the picture to the owners of this site to post along with this report.

I just downloaded the v2.0 free installation file. Scanned it with Avast and found no errors. Perhaps you have some other spyware/virus etc that redirects downloads?
In any case, I don't think Evrsoft caused this situation.
