Dozens of Siberian Huskies are still looking for a permanent home after Siberian Husky Show breeder, Evyenia Dunlap, was evicted from her home in June.
Animal Control officials say the 55 year old breeder has a history of complaints filed against her for Siberian Huskys and also Bengal Cats.
The owner, Evyenia Dunlap of Allure Siberians, was cited for neglect in 2013 for leaving her dogs tied outside in chains.
In 2014, they received complaints of excessive feces on the property. And in the last two years, there were more complaints of barking dogs, sick dogs, and just too many dogs on her property. "She hides under the disguise of a Show breeder", Daniel Pierson claims, yet these are usually the worst cases that we've seen to date.
The owner claims she took good care of her animals yet failed to produce Veterinarian records for any of her canines.
"Absolutely, excellent health," Dunlap said. "I have antibiotics, vitamins.. my dogs are healthier than most humans are."
"One thing after another," said Kathy Rauker, a member of the rescue group. "One posting after another and in a matter of hours here we are."
Since then, many local rescue groups have been caring for the Huskies. Rauker says many of the dogs were found in pretty bad condition.
"They were hungry, they had matted coats, some had ear infections, some had eye infections, many had mange, untreated wounds and broken limbs left untreated.
Out of 56 Siberian's that were seized, 60 percent of them have aggression issues, 30 percent have never seen the outside of a kennel and 10 percent are so emaciated that they will unfortunately never recover.
"We discovered that Evyenia Dunnlap only posts specific canines on her website, no one even knew, nor would have ever guessed the horrors that were truly going on behind closed doors. We fully expect her to continue breeding and cover this up as much as is possible to minimize exposure. We're seeking a no dog order sentence to be handed down", Rauker claimed.
Jamie Osbourne, with Martinsville, V.A. Animal Rescue said they had already spent thousands of dollars in caring for the Huskies.
"I have one completely shaved down to the skin due to a skin infection. One needs Orthopedic surgery, another needs surgery on his paws. It's going to cost way over $1,500."
Osbourne added that they were paying out of pocket for many of these expenses. Some of the animals were ready for adoption. Others were still a work in progress. Many of them were nervous and skittish, or had no leash training. Staff were working to train the animals and care for them.

She had me too place a rebuttle that she had wrote to me by email (evyeniad@aol.com) and if i dido she would send me my money she has not sent me a dime . She owes me $1500 and its been two years do not trust her. She used the excuse about the dogs tempermanent and i would have to wait for another litter so i have no dog or $1500 dollars i just want my money back.

I am NOT "Southernsnowdogs"!!!! That individual worked briefly at my kennel last year. I am not associated with them in any way now! Thankfully, you have finally exposed your true identity. I will be forwarding your information to my attorneys, our local police department, and the local FBI field office in your area immediately. You have made a terrible mistake that will undoubtedly result in serious legal repercussions. You will be held accountable for your extremely misguided actions.

In July 2015 somone posted a completely false post in Rip Off Reorts about me and my kennel Allure Siberians. I thought for a while it was best to just ignore the false report but I have realized many people seem to believe what was written. So I am telling the truth and stating my side of the story. This has caused me extreme pain and hardship. There is nothing worse than having worked hard for many years to have a good reputation and then have some anonymous person post a very damaging article that follows me around on the internet FOREVER. I love my dogs. I have worked so very hard to have a very decent kennel with high standards. This report has greatly affected my reutation as a show breeder which I worked so hard to develop over the past many years.
Many people believe what is written on the internet without checking any facts. Any of the allegations which are all false could be checked easily by making a few calls or coming to visit my home. The photos posted are not even of my dogs but have been copied and pasted from another site. No dogs have been taken from me nor any complaints against me at any time. My dogs have never , ever been abused, neglected in any manner.
I am NOT a dog breeder for business.I would never do that as I it is not something I ever wanted to do. I am not a puppy mill. I have had one litter in 3 and a half years. I have had only seven in my lifetime. I had a small show kennel of my pet dogs. I had a website to share my dogs and thier accomplishments with other people. I have never had 56 dogs, nor been evicted, nor have any dogs taken from me by any agency. I have never had any kennels, nor had dogs with mange, broken limbs or anything that was reported. I have never falsified an OFA or CERF or Registration for dogs. I never have had a dog out on a chain. My dogs have four very large grassy areas to run in and are also allowed inside the home as pets.They are well fed, go to regular vet visits, take monthly heartworm preventative and flea meds. I have a great vet that will be happy to vouch for what a great dog owner I am. I have no problem having anyone check with this animal hospital at all.
None of the agencies in the report even exist. It is all made up including the people who supposedly are quoted in the article. Whoever wrote this did a good job of making it sound so real but it is NOT. They spent a long time crafting this so it appears real. Some parts have been copied and pasted from other posts. I have no idea why or who would do this to me as I have no known enemies and have always lived my life in a manner to try to get along with all people, not fight. I do know there are many animal activist that are against puerbred dogs and work sometimes viciously to fight for thier cause. It could have been someone who thought I was a "competitor". I really don't know and Rip Off Reports won't tell me so I can't even file a lawsuit agianst that person to remove this.
I hope and pray any readers of that report will have an open mind and call me , come visit, or give me a chance to direct them to agencies where they can check these facts out. Also keep in mind that you will not find ANY bad reveiws on me or my kennel anywhere else on the internet besides Rip Off Report post. To sort this out in the court system would cost thousands of dollars which I simply don't have as most regular people can't afford big legal fees especially if they do not have a business.. It is not fair what I have had to go through since this was posted because it is false. It really has been horrifying having this happen to me out of the blue with no just cause. My good name was very important to me.

I sent $1350 to Ms. Evyenia Dunlap for a husky puppy 4 weeks before christmas at this time puppys were 3 or 4 weeks old.
Everything seem to go smoothly until i asked when was the shipping date. she told me there was not one because she did
not want to send the puppy to me because of his temperment , beacause he chewed alot. and that the puppy would not be good for my family. she asked for me to wait for her next litter. i was confused i asked her give me time to think about it. i contacted her back. and told her to send my money back. now she says she does not have my money. i have conversation on text and recorded.
