EWC Payments Pt, EWC Payments Pty Ltd Scammed me big time. They took out one payment for $4.90 in June then $35.05 in July. Donvale Nationwide
This company "EWC Payments Pty Ltd" took a total of 39.95 from my child support debit card. I don't know how they even got my information because I do not use this card online. They need to be stopped. Who knows how much money they would have taken if I didn't check the balance. Who else is getting scammed by them and how the heck are they getting our card information... We have to find out and stop them. I called the card company and disputed it.. I will let you know what I find out.

What's the latest on this?
You say it was paid for via a child support debit card. Is it possible one of your kids, or other family, or friends, got their hands on your card?
The trouble with debit cards is that they aren't covered under the same $50 liability limit that credit cards are. If someone gets your debit card and the PIN, they can drain your account *plus your maximum overdraft amount*, and you have little recourse. With a credit card, if you report it lost or stolen immediately, you're only responsible for the first $50.
