This company which has posted a false phone number with a toll free voice mail system has tried to scam me out of two payments of $359.99 from my debit card account with Bank of America. Because of company policies I must now wait until the transactions clear before I can even file for reimbursement. I did not authorize these transactions and Bank of America did not freeze further activity of the account the following day without my request even after the first attempt was an overdraft.
