EWorld Media and Eworld Companies founded by Henning Morales also ran a scam history with private placement subscription agreements but not publically listed stock fraud sales.  One man was left with hundred of thousands of shares of no value being himself ripped off. Dallas Tanner, who he recruited into eworld,  did a big report involving three companies shut down he claimes by the US Giovernment including FurtureNet.

A very reliable sourse today claimed that the Grenough family all "made a lot of money" off of stock in FutureNet Inc from  German investors.  The stock was finally legitmately listed and sold.  But the company was cut into two, and then the buying and selling.

Greg Johnson of Vancover and  World Organics Inc., who recently tried to in effect run a scam using the same method, last September sent a box of Provantim vitamins and lotion to West Hollywood, but could not send one page of his solicitation for 250k for private palcement stock offer.  Greg Johnson did claim Larry Huff a big stock owner in Provantim, which also was to be sold to German investors.  Cannot even find it online now, but still have some vitamins. Larry Huff reportedly followed one person into HerbalLife and made over 300md.

The same thing goes on at EWorld that is reportedly held by a publically traded company, though the name remains secret to victims.

I encourage somebody find a professional in this area to exam the repeated methodlogy.
