Complaint Review: Texaco Xpress Lube And Brakes ( The Manager)

i brought some parts from the manager, but no receipt was given. i did not use the parts right away, but a few months later. the parts were not the right fit for my vehicle, so i called him back. he made arragements to pay me my money back, but kept avoiding my calls. i called corporate office and they were of no help. why would i make this story up to them??? either the parts were something he was not suppose to have or this company is crooked all together and in on it.
