Complaint Review: Exact Acai With Green Tea

I wanted to loose weight so I decided to try this free trial. On the 14th day of my free trial I checked my account like I do every morning and found that my account had been charged $49.95. I called the company and they told me that I was not elegible to get my money back because I had opened the trial bottle. It does not say that any where in the terms and conditions. At least not about the trial bottle. I have been told I will not get back my 49.95 but I was told that if I returned the unopened second bottle that and put the rma that was given to me I would get my money back. However I have not and was informed will not recieve another bottle.

I tried the pills and started having chest pains and a burnig pain sensation in the back of my head at the base of my skull. I called again this morning to see what was up and was told they could not help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no one available and they would call me back.( We will see) they have until tomorrow night.
