I run a real estate mortgage company where most if not all of our marketing is done via email. I bought 10,000 emails from exact data to upload into a website called constant contact where I alrady have over 30.000 email contacts. I use constant contact to create marketing emails for real estate investors. When I uploaded the 10,000 emails for me and my loan officers to use, constant contact flagged me and my employees for using outdated domains that were 10 years plus old. When I reached back out to exact data, they said that constant contact doesnt like large email list and flags them as spam. that is not the case as I called constant contact and they told me they have no problem with large email list, it's the fact that the emails were 10 years old. Exact data refuses to refund my money on this

AVOID THEM. Horrible company. I wish I could give negative stars. Scammed me and blocked my refund. This company gave me 10,000 phone numbers and addresses for potential foreclosure clients. I sent out 500 letters. I got 25% return to sender and at least 25% of the people called me cursing me out and threatening my very successful and honorable business. I had to apologize too many times. Not one person was in foreclosure. The list was fake after many promises from this fake company.
