I do not know who is specifically responsible for the fiasco you two have created, but I am going to get to the bottom of this immediately.
I have $641 of unauthorized charges on my card the last 2 days & I am mad as hell. When I was asked whether I wanted to limit the number of “clicks” to 5 per day I said yes to give me time to adjust to the process. Yet somehow between the two of you, I have been getting unlimited clicks resulting in the $641 charged to my account in 2 days.
Not only that, but I have also not been instructed on how to see those clicks or how to use use them, making my now $991 investment with Exact Data absolutely worthless.
Jesse, I told you Monday 12/1/15 that I wanted to only get 5 clicks per day & how upset I was about this situation. You said you would get back to me you did not, so I get another receipt today dated 12/2/15 from EXACT DATA for a $291 charge. What the hell is going on here? I am being robbed of a very limited amount of income during the holiday season & losing any confidence with Exact Data to continue my efforts with you.
I have already canceled my card so no more charges can be applied to it, making life & online transactions unavailable for a week until I get a new card.
I have also filed formal complaints with my bank vs Exact Data who will be contacting your company to investigate.
I demand that the $641 charged to my account be refunded to me immediately before I pursue other options.
I do hope we can resolve this amicably so I we can continue my Facebook account with Exact Data in a measured & affordable manner.
