I purchased an Exactta SIM Card at Sao Paulo (Brazil) Guarulhos airport on Sept/15. The Saleswoman told me that the phone would work worldwide, especially in Houston/TX, my destination.

After arriving I tried several times, without sucess. I should be able to connect a cell phone network such as AT&T or T-Mobile.

Emails exchanged with Exactta suport. Procedures followed thoroughly several times. NEVER WORKED.

After a week I requested cancelation and refund of U$ 100 payment made.

They sent me a questionnaire. I filled and returned more than once.

No return or refund made so far.

Do not buy Exactta SIM.

I will fill a claim against Exactta at Brazil Telco Regulatory Company (ANATEL) and will ask them to investigte so that this company will be prohibited from selling in Brazil.

 

Do Not Buy Exactta SIm Card, They do not work and the company does no respect consumers.
