Complaint Review: ExamCollection VCE File

I purchased they one month VCE file to study for my CEH exam. I only used it for one month, then I started to receive charges on my account months after. I haven't even used the product since then. They don't give you a number, it's on a email address of  support@examcollection.com. So, I emailed them back in May to stop charging my account (I have all the emails and proof). They responded with please email us from the email address of purchase, which I did the next day with no response. Then I seen a charge again in June, so I emailed them again to STOP payment. Never received a response. They did it again in July!!!!! I have three charges for 50.49 from CERTPLEX LTD LONDON GDR that should never be there, I sent another email requesting them to STOP in July as well. Again, no response. STAY AWAY from this company. I am having to report my card and change everything because of them. I own my own company who does training for the government, I am going to notify the contracting office along with the DOD school houses of this situation to ensure that our military members don't fall for this thievery.
