Complaint Review: Excel Inn

After returning home from an over night stay. My credit card was charged for an iron and a TV remote control. I have stayed in nearby hotels and have never had anything like this happen in the past. I don't think I will be using this hotel again there are to many in the area that I am not accused of wrongdoing at. I did talk to the manager and was notified that they will be crediting my card for the difference(we'll see if it happens as fast as thge origianl charge went on). It just really feels like the old bait and switch to me. What am i going to do with an iron(which i don't remember seing in the room) or a tv remote for that matter. The place also had a bad bfast unless you liked bagles and housekeeping carts up and down the hall to our room.
