i worked for the company for about 2.5 months. i felt something was wrong when my clients were contacting me and telling me they could not get ahold of the underwriter or any of the support staff. Many clients had called 5-8 times and never a call back to them.
I asked the owner Frank Bell and his partner David Espey and I was told to get the people to send there $$$ and not worry about them after that....and if i did not like it find another job. I did!!!
And have reported them to the Authorities...(Governmental & Media). They have now a new name..... United services llc in Houston, Tx off of 440 Bernham st #2300......
They will get theres!!!!

I was an exemployee there for almost 3 months. Frank Bell, David Bell, Jason Lewis are all the players in the game. Frank was instructing people to just have the customers send their money and paperwork and nothing was ever done. He changed the company name from excel loss mitigation to United Servicing LLC. If you did any business with any one of those companies, contact the ATTORNEY GENERAL ASAP!!! Frank Bell also started a non profit company asking home owners if they need help to find a solution to their mortgage needs, that is also a SCAM.

Anyone who was scammed from this company, contact the attorney general ASAP!!
If you can not find any information about a company that claims to help people who are behind on their mortgage do not do business with them.
