Excel Media RIPOFF FRAUDULENT BILL RECEIVED Plattsburg New York
This company sent our home-based business a bill for "advertising" in the amount of $499.00. We never contracted with them for such services nor are they legitimate charges!
I faxed the invoice back to this company indicating it was fraud and also reported them to the Postal Inspector for initiation of mail fraud investigation!
