I placed an order via www.excelpharmaceuticals.com earlier in May 2016. After I received my "order confirmation email" - I was reminded of their terms and conditions and that only money order is accepted as payment. The order cannot be cancelled once placed, and if the money order is not sent, account will be sent to "collections".
I purchased a money order and sent it to the address provided on the website, which I am almost positive is a PO Box/mailbox service. I have emailed the email address that was used to send me the "order confirmation" asking for an update and a tracking number for my shipment more than once. I was told they do not use tracking numbers and I should receive my order in 1-5 business days. Also, when I started checking the website to determine status of my order, the site comes up with a "404 site not found" error. I emailed them about that too, and they said the problem must be specific to my computer since everything "was fine on their end and had received no other complaints". I have tried accessing via other browsers and computers and it is NOT specific to my computer.
I do not believe they are a legitimate business. I do not expect to receive my order and will take it as a loss and a "live and learn" moment. STAY FAR AWAY from this site.
