This is a Big Scam trying to take advantage of the hardworking US citizens. This check stated Excel Service 3001 Second Ave, New York, NY 10013 and Lasalle Bank 139 N. Cass Ave Westmont, Il 60559. First of all if they had won a lottery, the state would had automatically taken the taxes out. Please be aware of all these scams.
