Excel Transmissions 3250$ to fix my car,was worse than before they worked to it.When i picked it up my car was dirty and smelled of cig.smoke.When i tryed to drive the car it slipped and made noise.It was there for a lea plattsburgh, New York
i took my car there for a leak,they called me up told me 4000dollars to fix it.I never told them to pull the transmission out,i was told after fighting with 5 differant people they do my car for 3250$Not knowing what to do i payed the fee.I pick my car up and it dont run right and was making niose.The transmission didnt even look like it was out of the car ever.NYS Motor vehicels stepped in and fined them abnd returned my funds.Just want people to know what kind of shop John Day runs,there are other shop out there go find another one good luck Debbie S
