This company had a investigator come meet me and I gave him five hudnred dollar retainer to investigate a death of a family member. He nor anyone for weeks at the company did any work on it and called me only once. I called them over and over and never got a phone call back until about a month later when a gentalman apologized and said he would give me a refund in two weeks from their corporate office. Another month passes and my phone calls are not returned at all. This company completly stole my hard earned money. They lied and should be shut down.

These statements from mr juilas are completely false and baseless. Mr julias hired us back in the summer of 2011 , do conduct an asset search on a deceased relative. He wanted to locate assets of this relative for what we believed was for probate purposes. He signed a contract stating that once the retainer is received and we start the investigation, we will not cancel the contract and no refund will be issued. We explained that to him and he read and signed the agreement. He later called us and said he no longer needed that asset search.

In spite of the fact that we already put work in and we don't cancel jobs we start, we agreed to do some other work for mr julias. He wanted us to perform some internet investigation.  He was supposed to bring us the information we needed , then he said he just wanted a refund because we were busy one days and we couldn't get back to him. We explained to him that, we can't refund him because we already started the investigation and we can only apply his funds to any future service. 

We believe that he just didn't need the service any more , and was trying to get out of it. But what he doesn't understand is we started working on the case. He is claiming in his statement that we ripped off many people. I would like him to point out one more un satisfied clients, we been in business since 1992 and been licensed private investigators since 1992 and we never had any issues since I can remember. We called him several time to try to resolve this issue . Including when we recived your letter. And he has not answered or called us back. I will be glad to do a 3 way with this customer and clarify what happened and try to resolve this matter .  feel free to contact me at 562 569 3389
