Complaint Review: Excella card

I have check my card and my money was gone I never gave my pin number out to nobody so I call you the representative and explain the situation they said they will send me a dispute form and send it back I went to 20 fax service and the fax didn't get threw I call them back and I told them i try to fax the paper work and they keep telling me it takes 4 buisness hour i told them something wrong with their fax machine and they said they fax machine is working fine I want my money back i put money on that excella card for my rent and I'm about to be put out of my home.
