I ordered Ugg boots for Christmas in Nov. 2009. The boots did not arrive after 2 weeks. I sent an email to sales@excellentboots.com, they said they had been shipped and gave me a shipping number. I checked the shipping number and it said no record of this number. I contacted them again asking for the Ugg boots before Christmas, they said they shipped them and gave me another tracking number. I checked the number, again, it said no such number. I called my Credit card company and told them the boots were never received. I never received any items from either alleged shipment. This was a scam. My credit card company was able to charge back the fees, thank goodness. The internet company has no address or phone number listed and the only way you can contact them is at the email address listed above. I believe this company is out of the country. The name the company gave to my credit card company was Solar boots. It's all a scam. Somebody needs to stop them from preying on the general public. I found this website on Google.
