Complaint Review: Exciting Travel Destinations

The company sold us a Vacation Resevation service for around $4500.00. The telephone number on the sales receipt is not a working number. Only after some research were we able to get a working number, but they did not return our calls over a two week period. It was only after I left a message stating that I would invole a third party that they finally returned my call.

They did not provide the spicific service that I requested which was in their power to do, hotel reservation with pet. My complaint, therefore, is that they did not perform as promised and that I had every reason to expect.
