Complaint Review: exclusive auto carriers

I was quoted by Andy to move my car from oklahoma city to syracuse ny for a specific amount, andy said they do not charge up front and that they will have me picked up in 1-3 days. I waited 2 weeks only to get a phone call from Andy saying that he had a driver for me 1 hour away from my mothers house. I checked my account and 150 was charged on my card as well. When i try to call him he never answers and i am getting my credit card company involved now. this brokerage he works for will never get any good qualities of calls from me or my family again. do not use this company it is filled with lies and empty promises, i hope andy gets what he deserves from his boss.
