Complaint Review: Exclusive Deal Shop

Exclusive Deal Shop I purchased a little cooling cube to save on my AC bill. No tracking info. No product. Run around from CS/wont cancel & refund New Jersey

In good faith, I ordered and paid for a little cooling cube. I waited several weeks, no product showed up. I sent an email to their Customer Service dept. I was contacted by a rep named "Ben". He promised tracking info. I waited a week. Nothing. I reached back out to him to cancel the order. Can't be done. I asked for a refund. Can't be done. I asked for the phone number of a Customer Service Manager. No, they don't offer ANY phone support. Fortunately I used PayPal and I filled a complaint thru them. Now I'm waiting on them 'to reach a decision'. 

 

This has left a very bad impression on me as I've never had this kind of hassle with Amazon, eBay, etc. I didn't pay attention but any web site that doesn't list a phone number should be YOUR FIRST CLUE NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

24 hours after ordering 2 compact air coolers I tried to cancel. I was told that even though the order wouldn't be shipped for about 2 weeks they could not cancel the order. I then did a search for these air coolers and found I could buy them for half the price elsewhere. No wonder "Ben" wouldn't/couldn't cancel the order. Buyers beware of this site, exclusivedealshop.com.
