Exclusive Deal Shop Non-delivery of product (Air Cooler), no address, website or phone to reach them. Paid w/ PayPal, currently trying to get $89.00 back.

Ordered one Air Cooler from this company, they sent a USPS delivery Notification Failure. Did not include the attachment they said to print out. USPS had never seen this type of notification. They did not have a tracking number on any communication so that USPS could look for package. There is no phone number, website or address to try and reach Exclusive Deal Shop.
