Exclusive Deal shop Sent me an email stating 50% off air coolers false advertising Redlands California,
Received email stating air coolers save on electric bill, 50% off so I purchased 2 from exclusive Deal shop,cost me $178 I did receive them. They were just a plain plastic cube with a plastic Fan they sent a USB cord but if you wanted to use house plug you had to buy one, you had to put water in it and was suppose to cool your room, well IT DID NOT DO THAT, YOU JUST GOT WET FROM THE WATER HITTING FAN SPITTING OUT. I BOXED IT UP AND EMAILED CUSTOME SERVICE STATING I WANT REFUND, I DID GET A EMAIL SAYING NO REFUN, ALSO THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSE TO CHARGE FULL PRICE, SO THERE IT IS. I want as many people to know that this site and product is a RIP OFF.
