Exclusive Deals Shop We were shortchanged as we paid for 3 air cooler units, but received only two.

We have tried to contact this firm by phone and by e-mail several times. No reponse, except e-mail stated that customer service agents will review complaint and respond within 24-48 hours. It has been many later and still no reaponse, I just tried to phone and the number is no longer valid.

We paid $ 177 based on an add that daid buy two and get one free. We received two, but not the thirs one. They have already charged our credit card. From what I read about other rip-off replys, This company is afraud and should be prosecuted. This speaks poorly for on-line businesses.
