Complaint Review: Exclusive Rewards

I received an email from exclusive rewards stating that I was to be given a $100 Kmart gift card for answering a survey and following the instructions on their website. To receive my gift card, all I had to do was verify my shipping address and zip code. I did was asked of me but no gift card has arrived. This was dated September 2, 05. There was an address to the claims department and I wrote to a Laura Cruz. To no surprise, I have not received any reply.
