This company is the same as Realty Properties and Realty Trade.  All they do every 3 months or so is change the name of the company and web site.  They also change all the names of mangement listed on the web site.  Its all a scam and they WILL NOT sell your timeshare unit.  Same owners and the same people on the phone ripping you off.  Enjoy

This rebuttle is for the all the people who have read the above statement.  Sellexclusive.com, also known as exclusivesales.com is no difererent from any other scam timeshare resale company out there.  They use the same tactics and retoric to get your business.  They make it sound like your timeshare is already sold.  NEVER EVER!!!!! pay these people up front and/or sign anything.

I was told by "Amber Miller" that there were 50 parties interested in my timeshare, but I would have to pay upfront fees and sign a marketing agreement.  "Amber", the sales rep. said don't worry that agreement is not a legal contract.  Also, we are rated A from the BBB. (Made it seem like they were accredited from the BBB.  Their rated "F" and have alert next to their name) She said they have a lot of interested people in my timeshare and we should be able to move your timeshare quickly. You can make $18000-$21,000 for your timeshare.  She also mentioned I should sign up because they wanted to present my timeshare at a convention that weekend.

I called them seven days later to touch basis, and they told me that another 5 people were interested in my timeshare and to keep checking my email for any offers.

I am still waiting for atleast one offer.  I better not hold my breath.  Good luck to anyone who fell for the trap.  It took them 5 days to list my time share on their website.  And the only reason they listed it was because I told them it wasn't on there.  There is virtually no way of getting your money back, or getting of the agreement.  I hope I save at least one unfortunate soul from making the same mistake.

If you are researching this company to find out if they will help sell your timeshare... stop and run as fast as you can in the other direction. I have been a victim of their misleading and untruthful tactics just to get my money... and once they get it they will not give it up.

They will tell you whatever it takes to get you to sign the contract and send them money.... then when you go back to them with a concern about anything... first you will not be able to reach the sales person you had worked with... I am sure that is the plan so they never have to answer to all their misleading comments. Next they will continue to refer back to the contract which covers their a*# and essentially allows them to steal from the uneducated consumer.

Michael Greene should not be able to sleep at night..... but I guess scamming people is his way and he probably gets his jolly's knowing he has screwed another person out of their hard earned cash.

Oh they will list your property on their website.... but first they have given you a value of your property that is extremely inflated... of course making their prey feel good to think they could get that amount of money for the property. Of course they do have a money back guarentee... but that is only if you sell it for at least as much as their listing price.... beware it will never happen!!! They will also say that we... the owners are the ones that set the price.... I still have all the emails from them and they are the ones that told me what my property was worth and they would list if for .... as well as a crazy high amount they would rent it for.

All they are interested in is getting you to sign a contract and then get your money.... regardless of anything you were told in the sales pitch verbally or in an email they will hide behind the contract which essentially says they will put a listing for you property on their website.

Stay away.... they will do nothing for you..... only take your money. I would love to have the opportunity to sit down with them and have them look me in the eye as I show them all the emails and share all the conversations.... I know not a one of them would like having something like this done to them and they will all answer for their actions one day.

Hello, my name is Dave Rogers.
I'm a 54 year old retired Army Veteran from San Diego, Ca.

I was a client of Exclusive Sales Marketing and my Wyndham Ocean Walk property was sold within 2 weeks as promised.  I received the full amount of the resale offered to me by the service rep who called me.  I received the check from First American Title for $18,000 eight business days after my property was sold.  They are not a scam company.  I was happy with finally getting rid of the hassle of paying my ridiculous maintenance fee from Wyndham every year and they helped me to do that.  I may be one guy, but at least credit needs to go to people who worked hard for me.  Not everyone is bad out there, these people did as they promised.

I was contacted by Exclusive Sales back in April 2010 stating that they had a buyer for our timeshare in Las Vegas. They stated that the buyer was willing to pay and they would set up the contract but required money to set up the contract. They stated the money would go into a Good Faith Account and I would receive they money back along with final contract and the check for our timeshare. They stated the process would take up to 60 days to complete the underwriting of the contract. They would call weekly to update me on their progress. I was able to get in contact with them using the number they had listed for the first 2 months. The last time I talked to them was in July and they stated I should receive my check and final contract by August. I tried to get in contact with them in August and the number went straight to an answering service. I emailed them too with no response. I checked their website and discovered the scam alert on line. Is there any way to track these people down?

I found a company that seemed promising that actually turned out to NOT be a fraud and did NOT charge me any upfront fees! The company is called BCA Recovery in Coconut Creek FL - guy by the name of Michael at 800-982-0221 Ext. 401 or email mcooper@bcarecovery.com .... the process wasnt as fast as they maid it seem but i sure enough got my money back from those thieves. BUT all in all they were great gentleman/company to work with. THANK YOU!

Thank you

They called me a few days ago to sale a timeshare.  So show that their company is legit they had me to go www.onlinebusinessbureau.com and it showed their company was in business since 1997 and had no complaints.  Well I went to the better business bureau website and found that the online business bureau has a F on their rating.  He also mentioned that the upfront fee I was suppose to pay all companies charge that.  If I did my research, I would find the same thing.  Well I went to www.timeshare-resale.com and it said on the front page no up-front fees ever!!!

similar experience with them

Hi, I had a similar experience with them.  They called me to sale my timeshare and said I they had a buyer lined up.  I asked if there were any fees and they said I had to pay $1400 for licenses, lawyers, fees....I told them I wasn't interested and then they had me go to a website www.onlinebusinessbureau.com to check their company and showed that they a certified and been in business since 1997.  I was confused so I went to the better business bureau website www.bbb.org and checked online business bureau.  What did I find...A BIG F!!!  Said company address couldn't be verified and they didn't respond to customer complaints, etc.  So basically they are using this website to say "look we are legit" and the website probably just says any company is legit provided they pay the fee.  I told the salesman that I am not suppose to pay upfront fees and he said go do your research and everyone will charge upfront fees.  Will a better business bureau accredited company called Paradise Timeshare Resale website www.timeshare-resale.com says on their front webpage no up-front fees ever!!!
