Whatever you do, do not work for this company. These guys are a real joke; they claim to be a Christian based company, with “staff who genuinely appreciate working for a company that cares deeply for their well-being.” These people care nothing for their staff; they terminate employees routinely for manufactured reasons and then refuse to pay these former employees long overdue wages. The fact that they claim to care so much for their employees and claim that they are dedicated to providing work to Americans is laughable, as their behavior indicates quite the opposite. Their employees are forced to sign a nondisclosure agreement; this includes nondisclosure of what it is like to work for them. Therefore, it is difficult to say how many employees they have shafted in the past. If these people are “Christian” oriented, I would rather work for Atheists! They typically have only a few staff members, while running ongoing ads for employment in nearly every major market in the country. BEWARE! They are liars, cheats, and completely incompetent to run a company.

COMPANY IS A SCAM- THERE IS A POLICY ABOUT PAYROLL WHEN WE GET PAID WELL WE NEVER GET PAID ON TIME AND THIS TIME WE ARE ABOUT TWO WEEKS LATE GETTING PAID, WHEN YOU EMAIL RON HE WILL REFUSE TO ANSWER YOU BACK AND WHEN YOU EMAIL TIFFANY OR ASHLEY OLSON THEY WILL OVER LOOK YOUR EMAIL AND IGNORE IT. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE THE FUNDS TO PAY THERE EMPLOYESS THAT IS WHY THEY USE AN 3RD PARTY PAYROLL COMPANY TO LET THEM CUT THE CHECKS THEN HAVE THEM SENT TO IOWA AND THEN MAILED OUT WHENEVER RON FEELS LIKE MAILING THEM OUT. I AM STILL AN EMPLOYEE HERE AND ABOUT TO GET LEGAL ACTION TAKEN. THE DEPARTMENT OF IOWA SAYS IT IS AGANIST THE LAW TO PAY EMPLOYEES LATE AND RON SAYS HES AWARE OF ALL THE LAW AND POLICYS AND HE IS NOT AWARE OF ANYTHING EXCEPT HIS SORRY A** SELF.
THE MANAGER GATHER ON A CONFERENCE LINE AND TALK FOR 2-3 HOURS WHEN YOUR SLAMMED ON THE PHONES THEY DONT CARE ABOUT US AND THEY LIKE TO TALK BAD ABOUT THERE EMPLOYEES. TIFFANY SENT OUT AN EMAIL MENT TO GO TO MANAGERS AND WAS SENT TO US EMPLOYEES ABOUT HOW BAD WE ARE AND EVERYTHING. I MEAN IF SOMEONE MADE AN ERROR LIKE THIS WHERE DOES ALL OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION GO? KINDA SCARY THAT THEY MIGHT USE IT AS IDENTIFY THEFT. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE, DO NOT USE THEM. This is not a Christian based Company and do not work for this company whatever you do. Ron and Tiffany are the CEO and they will lie to you about everything. They don't pay you on time which #1 is Againist the law to pay people late when the policy states the dates we get paid. We are going to be paid late around 2 weeks this time. They use and outside company to cut the checks then mailed to Tiffany so she can have control of when the checks go out once funds are in account. Open up an line of credit and who cares if your a small business your hurting very bad because you don't follow the rules and laws. Your training sucks which Beth Kerkove does and only last two days that isn't no training there. These people are a scam artist please stay away from this work from home call center place.

I am truly sorry that we have upset or offended you in some way. Please understand, while our attorney has all but demanded that we pursue this matter in court and sue you for damages due to your violation of the NDNC, we have decided to turn the other cheek. Working independently for one of our clients and contacting them outside of work not only hurt us personally but your co-workers who trusted you as well.
Our records indicate you have been paid for every hour worked and no penalties have been brought against you however if you believe that you were not paid in full for services rendered then please contact me directly either by phone or email and we'll definitely set it right.
I sincerely hope that you contact either myself or Tiffany when you are ready to talk. You were like part of the family and it hurt us deeply that you chose to violate our confidence but we forgive you and wish you well.
