Executive Concepts A Cydcor Company BEWARE OF EXECUTIVE CONCEPTS. LIARS. DECEPTIVE. HOMEWRECKERS. WILL MAKE YOU LOSE EVERYTHING YOU WORKED FOR Lafayette Louisiana
Executive Concepts is a local marketing company. They do marketing for AT&T/Bellsouth. What a joke. They fill your head up with everything you want to hear. They make you think that they just have to have you on their team.. Buuut, once you are there you learn the real deal.
On your second round interview they tell you all the little tidbits of the company. They tell you about the pay, and they paint a pretty picture. You see everything done there is based on one system. The system is used for everything.

Oh, yes they have it down.. The system is used to rope people in. Its used when doing interviews and it is also used on customers.. They rehearse how to present everything short and simple and how to overcome rebuttals of customers and people that are being interviewed.
Once you become employed there, they fill your head with the big OPPORTUNITY (having your own business), its a long way off buddy. You are sent on business trips, and YOU BETTER HAVE YOUR OWN MONEY... They are not footing the bill. The one time they made me think they were footing the bill, became a laugh on me. The manager spoke to some of us and told us he wanted us to go on a business trip for 2 wks to learn the new campaign because the company would be doing the door to door campaign as of August 31. 6 of us agreed to make the trip with him.. Before we left he guaranteed us 600$/per week that we were out there. We left on Mother's Day, headed to the Carolina. On my first day there I found out from the North Carolina workers that the door to door campaign was 100% commission based (go figure). I wasn't worried about it at that time because I knew I was guaranteed my money for being out there. On day 2 the manager comes to us and tells us that Cydcor made a mistake and we would not be guaranteed anything for our 2nd week there and we would have to be commission based. I just find it strange that a big corporation like Cydcor would make that kind of mistake, but heeey joke was on us, I guess. The bigger joke was when I received my check and it was 69.00 and some change, but the coward couldn't even give me the check. He told the Assistant Manager to give me my check and then he ran out of the office like a criminal that had just robbed a bank. PEOPLE BEWARE!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THESE FALSE PROMISES. THE SYSTEM IS USED TO BRAIN WASH YOU!!! This company kept me away from my family, and was just good enough to get me behind on some bills!!!
