What a disappointment. The hotel cost as much as a 5 star hotel, but is very misleading. I was told that it is owned by a convicted man with terrorist ties. This would actually explain alot. It is being run by the family and very understaffed. The restaurant has incredible slow service, no liquor license, and average food. It is hard to get things up to your room or even replenishment of toiletries. I witnessed angry consumers several times when I was at the front desk that were upset about various things.

I had ordered a package that included meals. What they don't tell you is there is a limit on the vouchers and you will most likely have to pay more, unless you just want a sandwich. It seems as if they are having financial trouble and running the hotel as if it is going out of business.
