Patricia Stevens has operated numerous dbas in Los Angeles and she has left a trail of unpaid bills that are verifiable with the County Recorder for goods and services, including farm out jobs to other limousine services she contracted with, gas and car wash, auto repairs, Nextel, construction at her property in Malibu and Brentwood California, and worst of all the deliberate and willful non payment of wages to employess.
She concocts excuse to justify not paying wages, she witholds wages for spurious excuses and has filed for credit cards in the name of persons in her employment without their knowledge (ie Elizabeth).
She has been something of a poster child for the Bankruptcy Legislation recently passed wherein she has routinely filed under the former rules with predictable regularity to the distinct disadvantage of her creditirs and employessto the detriment of everyone except herself.
It would be easy to criticize her ethics but she has none. She will lie in a Court of Law and cast dipersions upon the good name and character of anyone she choose's to steal from. Anyone who has ever dealt with her will surely verify these remarks that are a matter of public record.

Notice how the respndent lays blame and accusation all around and denies all?
It is very easy these days to track individuals like her and anyone who is serious about doing so, simply need take the time to do it by reseacrching the company and this individual. Note how there is no Public utilities Number attached to this companies name?

Executive,Malibu and Brentwood Limousine is one of the oldest and most respected number one limousine service since 1979. Has never filed bankruptcy or ever operated without a California PUC permit or proper insurance.
The victim was a limousine driver for Executive Limousine Service from September 1995 to February 1996. During that time he was caught red handed pading extra tips on corporate clients. When an official audit discovered this overcharge by this driver he was officially fired. Simultaneaouly, the limousine company received from the court a letter to garnish his wages for unpaid child support. The company had to obey the court and his final salary after the deductions of his overcharges were unsatisfactory by this victim, He took the limousine company to court and lost. He was unhappy and still holding this revenge against this limousine servcice for cooperating with the court to garnish his wages for his many years of unpaid child support. There are no records which support any of this victims claims against this outstanding limousine service for the past twenty six years. If this victim's claim had credibility this company would not be in business or named #1 in the greater los angeles area. This is an obvious rip off claim by an unhappy employee and all of his statements are false.
