Complaint Review: Executive Maids

service is terrible. the workers are lazy and have an horrible attitude.the maids come in street clothes and are ghetto. i wouldnt want them in my home even under housekeeping conditions.the workers scratched my refinished hard wood floors sliding my mohagany bed to sweep then proceeded to mop my hard wood floors with mop and glow.they then tried to clean my stainless steel appliances with water and my marble floors with some laminate floor cleaner. they also wiped down my wood cabinets with soap and water. it took one maid 2 hours to clean a powder room, i mean molassas slow.when i attempted complain about the service i was told pretty much too bad.
their mops brooms and rags are dirty and these people do not know how to clean anything high end. read all the complaints online
