Complaint Review: executive resort solutions

On may 2017 Cindy Baez from executive resort solutions call us t tell us that in our timeshare we had 52 weeks that were not use. Therefore executive resort solutions was a company that offer those weeks to ther clients and pay 1,250 dollars per week but we had to pay 2,500 for the service and that one month later the payment of the 12 weeks all ready alocated were going to be deposit to our account. We are in septembre and they dont even answer the calls and give no information of the timing or the money. Thay you for your help.
