EXECUTIVE SOLUTIONS MNC PUBLICATIONS invoices sent with no directory ever mailed. No services ever performed MONTREAL Quebec
I was forced into aggreeing to a 1 year term for a directory listing for an online directory. I was scammed into this in 2002 and this year I told them that I was not going to aggree to it again. They said that I would have to pay for the year previous and then it would be cancelled. They sent me and invoice and now they are claiming it is for this year and I have to pay!!!! If anything I only aggreed to a 6 month term to get them off my back, but the invoice is for 1 year.
I would like to know if MNC Publications is connected to Executive Solutions at all. They both seem to be in Quebec and I have received a collection notice from MNC Publications after never receiving a directory. The website on the invoice is conveniently not up either....www.mnconline.org
Can someone help with this????

One of the Staff at Barry University gave me this list of 'companies' who do this scam. MNC Publications is on it. She writes:
" I believe that some of these companies are related and have sprung from the same mothership" - You'll see when you look
at their names."
E Com Business Directory ---- Philadelphia, PA
IBD (International Business Directory) This was the original scam that got us. Michael Mouyal's company is probably the 'mother ship' -- at least it is one of the first of this type of scam operations
IT Data Direct
Info Chase
Info Com (I was told that they bought out World Data Publishers)----
Florence, KY
Info Com Direct (publishing the Wilson and Goldberg Goldbook)
Informatica - NYC
Datalink Directories
MDSC Publishing (American Corporate Directory)
Mayrand (American Business Guide) ---- Champlain, NY
and of course the infamous
World Data Publishers
Ameri-Globe Publishing, Miami, Fl
American Access
American Data
Ameri-source Publications
Business Communications
DataLink Directory
Datatech Communications
DataTel
Hanson Publications
IT&T, Switzerland
InfoCom, Florence, Ky, 41042
Infotek
MDSC Publishing, Canada.
MNC Publications, Champlain, NY, 12919
National Business Info
Newline Publishing, Port Huron, MI 48060
Pin Point Publishing, Canada
Quality Submit, Charlestown, MA, 02129
United Media
UTP Digital Directories
World Data Publishing
World Wide Source
Please note that all of these entities are scams. You should not pay them a dime and you should report any of them that pester you to the Attorney General. If you are in Canada, report them th the Competition Bureau.

There is an old saying in Virginia: If you throw a rock into a pack of dogs, the one that yelps loudest is the one you hit!
Jordan, Graeme simply asked a question! You seem all too willing to impune yourself by the tone of your answer.
Reputable companies always provide:
1. Paperwork. A contract if you will.
2. Contact information, so a customer can take advantage of the legally mandated 72 hour right to cancel.
3. Honest representation of their true location.

Without Prejudice,
I would like to firstly address that it is highly irresponsible of your website to post one-sided complaints. Your website does absolutely no work to ascertain the validity of the allegations. Nor does it make any effort to contact the company to verify the allegations.
We demand that this slanderous complaint be removed from your website at once.
In response to the baseless complaint, all of our conversations are maintained in a voice library system in order to ascertain the full integrity of the order being placed. Just because a customer changes his mind after the fact does that negate the fact that an order was placed?
Did the customer contact our customer service dept.? If so what transpired?
As mentioned above, your one-sided reporting is reckless and highly suspect, devoid of any conciliatory aspects. Additionally it can soil the fine reputation of a reputable company.
Furthermore MNC Publications is not associated in any shape way or form to Executive solutions. The contact coordinates on your website are not related to our organization.
Get the facts straight, ask the right questions and report responsibly or don't report at all.
Sincerely, Customer Service Dept. MNC Publications
